- You can return and receive a refund of your purchase for any reason, if returned within 30 days of purchase delivery.
- Refunds are returned using the same form of payment used.
- Damaged or incorrect goods will be exchanged at our expense if returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Send an email to returns@failfection.com with details of the issue to initiate a return. You will be provided a paid mailing slip to print to package and send back the item. Once we provide the paid mailing slip, you have 20 days to send the package back.
- US only shipping, via USPS, DHL, UPS or FedEx
- No shipping, restocking fees or packing costs will be charged to the customer.
- 30 days after delivery, returns will not be accepted. If you believe you are an exception, please send us an email at returns@failfection.com and explain your situation.
- Your refund will be processed within 2 days of arrival to the facility.
